Ens Auto’s COVID-19 Safety Measures

We’ve taken many additional measures to ensure you’re safe & comfortable when shopping for or servicing your vehicle at any Ens Auto facility. Here are some of the main procedures we have implemented to help keep you & our team members safe:

1) Every employee receives pre-shift screening, following the SaskHealth guidelines & checking temperatures (since March 2020).
2) Masks are mandatory for staff (since early October) & clientele.
3) Plexi-Glass barriers set up at every advisor station & guest interaction area.
4) Sanitizer, cleaning products & disposable masks are located throughout our facilities.
5) Social distancing guidelines & restricted areas marked clearly throughout our buildings.
6) A portable fogger (AutoOxide) is used to sanitize each and every vehicle that comes in for service, BEFORE & AFTER the service is completed. The same is completed prior-to & after a test-drive or showroom viewing on our sales end of things).

How to book an appointment and drop off my vehicle for repairs

In reaction to Covid19 Ens Collision Centre will be allowing any customers to enter the building, but at a limited capacity of 3 guests at a time. Please be understanding when arriving at the collision centre if an employee asks you to wait in your vehicle till we have an available room.

Booking an appointment

Booking an appointment can be accomplished in 1 of 2 ways.

1st Option

You can come to Ens Collision Centre and drop off your paperwork and fill in an authorization form.

2nd Option

Please fill out an authorization form that was attached to your estimate and email collision@ensauto.ca or text ( please sign and take a picture) back. If you have not received an authorization form you can email or text authorization in form of this text:
“I, Authorize Ens Collision to complete repairs on my vehicle.

Dropping off my vehicle for repairs

If you have scheduled an appointment without a replacement vehicle you have 2 “drop off” options

1st Option

  • Park vehicle in parking lot in front of building.
  • Lock vehicle and place keys in the night drop off box located to the left of the Drive-Thru Appraisal doors.
  • If any additional information is needed please contact the front staff at or email to collision@ensauto.ca

2nd Option

  • Park vehicle in customer parking area
  • Enter Ens Collision Centre. Please only 1 guest per vehicle if possible
  • Leave keys with a Customer Service Representative
  • Ens Collision Centre has a shuttle service and it is limited to 1 guest at a time, so please allow time for this.

If you have a scheduled appointment with a replacement vehicle you have 2 “drop off” options

1st Option

  • Please call 306 652 9745 and advise the front staff at Ens Collision Centre that you have arrived at Ens Collision Centre.
  • An Ens Collision Centre employee will inform the rental agencies that you are here.
  • The rental associate will come and help you with your rental. He will meet you in your car.
  • At that time please lock your vehicle and place keys in the night drop off box located to the left of the Drive-Thru Appraisal doors.
  • If any additional information is needed please contact the front staff at or email to collision@ensauto.ca

2nd Option

  • Park vehicle in customer parking area
  • Enter Ens Collision Centre. Please only 1 guest per vehicle if possible.
  • Leave keys with a Customer Service Representative
  • Wait for a rental associate to come and bring you to the replacement vehicle.

Drop off and pick up procedures for damage appraisals once an appointment has been made.

Drop off for Damage Appraisal

Dropping off for a Damage Appraisal can be accomplished 1 of 2 ways:

1st Option

  • Arrive at Ens Collision Centre and park in the customer parking area. We will not be allowing guests to remain in their vehicle inside our facility.
  • Enter Ens Collision Centre and advise Customer Service Representative’s (CSR’s) that you are here for a Damage Appraisal.
  • Please leave your keys with our CSR’s, they will sanitize them.
  • You can choose to have a seat or leave and come back when your Appraisal is done.

2nd Option

  • Arrive at Ens Collision Centre and park in the customer parking area.
  • Leave your keys in the night drop off box located just to the left of the “Drive-Thru Appraisal” door.
  • Ens Collision Centre staff will clean all keys from night drop off box.
  • Appropriate team member will use sanitized keys and located vehicle to be brought in for appraisal.

Pick up after Damage Appraisal

Picking up a vehicle after Damage Appraisal has been done can be accomplished 1 of 2 ways:

1st Option

  • The estimator will provide you with your Damage Appraisal and explain the damage using Social Distancing.
  • Your vehicle will be parked outside. The vehicle and keys will be sanitized.
  • You can book an appointment with our CSR’s at that time.

2nd Option

  • Upon completion, the estimator will leave the estimate on the front seat of the vehicle and a copy of our “how to book an appointment and drop off my vehicle” procedure.
  • The estimator will contact the insured and let them know about their appraisal and that a “how-to” sheet is attached to their claim to book in their vehicle. The estimator will also confirm a pickup time frame from the insured.
  • Estimate will then move the vehicle outside and sanitize areas where he has touched, including the most commonly touched areas, ie; inner and outdoor handles, interior door trim panel, console, shifter, radio, and keys.
  • The estimator will then place keys inside the vehicle just before the insured arrives so keys do not stay in a vehicle outside for too long.

How to pick up a repair vehicle

Picking up a repair vehicle

Picking up your vehicle can be accomplished 1 of 2 ways:

1st Option

An Ens Collision Centre employee will contact you about the completion of your vehicle.
You are allowed to enter the building and our CSR’s will hand-deliver your paperwork and collect any monies if necessary.
We will provide you with your sanitized keys and your vehicle will be parked out front.

2nd Option

  • An Ens Collision Centre employee will contact you about the completion of your vehicle. We will ask when you are picking up the vehicle as we need to have a scheduled time to stage your vehicle.
  • Your vehicle will be placed outside. The keys will be placed in your vehicle, just prior to your scheduled arrival time.
  • If a deductible applies to the repair we will ask for payment over the phone.
  • If unable to pay with a credit card we do have a safe area where customers can come and pay using the debit machine. Our machine will be cleaned after every use.
  • If no payment was necessary your paperwork and keys will be in your vehicle.

If you have any concerns about your repair please contact us via email or phone. If a manager is available we will try to look at it. If possible please send an email with a picture. This will ensure we can look at your email and review our pictures and paperwork.
