How to complete a damage estimate:

Drop off and pick up procedures for damage appraisals once an appointment has been made.

Drop off

  • Insured must park vehicle in parking lot and leave their keys in the night drop off box located just to the left of the “Drive Thru Appraisal” door.
  • Ens Collision centre staff will clean all keys from night drop off box.
  • Appropriate team member will use sanitized keys and located vehicle to be brought in for appraisal.

Pick up

  • Upon completions the estimator will leave the estimate on the front seat of the vehicle and a copy of our “how to book an appointment and drop of my vehicle” procedure.
  • Estimator will contact the insured and let them know about their appraisal and that a “how to” sheet is attached to their claim to book in their vehicle. Estimator will also confirm a pick up time frame from the insured.
  • Estimate will then move the vehicle outside and sanitize areas where he has touched, including the most commonly touched areas, ie; inner and out door handles, interior door trim panel, console, shifter, radio and keys.
  • Estimator will then place keys inside the vehicle just before the insured arrives so keys do not stay in vehicle outside for too long.

How to book an appointment and drop off my vehicle for repairs

In reaction to Covid19 Ens Collision Centre will not be allowing any customers to enter the building. We are still open and we are able to fix your vehicle.

Booking an appointment.

To book an appointment Ens Collision Centre needs authorization before we can order parts or start work.  We have attached an Authorization form for you to fill out and email  collision@ensauto.ca or text 306 491 6214 ( please sign and take a picture or fill out the exact text and send) back.

Dropping of my vehicle for repairs

If you have scheduled an appointment without a replacement vehicle please follow these steps.

  • Park vehicle in parking lot in front of building.
  • Lock vehicle and place keys in the night drop off box located to the left of the Drive Thru Appraisal doors.
  • If any additional information is needed please contact the front staff at 306 652 9745 or email to collision@ensauto.ca

If you have a scheduled appointment with a replacement vehicle  please follow these steps.

  • Please call 306 652 9745 and advise the front staff at Ens Collision Centre that you have arrived at Ens Collision Centre.
  • An Ens Collision Centre employee will inform the rental agencies that you are here.
  • The rental associate will come and help you with your rental. He will meet you at your car.
  • At that time please lock you vehicle and place keys in the night drop off box located to the left of the Drive Thru Appraisal doors.
  • If any additional information is needed please contact the front staff at 306 652 9745 or email to collision@ensauto.ca

How to pick up a vehicle once the repair has been completed

In reaction to Covid19 Ens Collision Centre will not be allowing any customers to enter the building. We are still open and we are able to fix your vehicle.

Picking up a repair vehicle

  • An Ens Collision Centre employee will contact you about completion of your vehicle. We will ask when you are picking up the vehicle as we need to have a scheduled time to stage your vehicle.
  • Your vehicle will be placed outside. The keys will be placed in your vehicle but just prior to you arriving on your scheduled time.
  • If a deductible applies to the repair we will ask for payment over the phone.
    • If unable to pay with credit card we do have a safe area where customers can come and pay using the debit machine. Our machine will be cleaned after every use.
  • If no payment was necessary your paper work and keys will be in your vehicle.

If you have any concerns about your repair please contact us via email or phone. If a manager is availabe we will try to look at it.  If possible please send an email with a picture .  This will ensure we can look at your email and review our pictures and paperwork.

As the COVID-19 pandemic is exponentially affecting our community in Saskatoon, Ens Motors Ltd. has made the difficult decision to close all operations effective Saturday March 21 until Monday March 30 to help curb the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the utmost protection of our staff & clientele.

This was not an easy decision. The Ens family will continue to support the impacted employees with continued pay and benefits through Sunday, March 29, 2020.

We will provide continuous updates regarding operations here at Ens, as this is an ever-changing situation. While our doors may be closed, rest-assured we are working diligently on both intermediate and long-term strategies for our employees & our clients.

To be clear, these actions are for the well-being & mental health of our employees & NOT in response to an infection.

Our hearts go out to every family affected by this virus, both within our community and abroad.

In accordance with the decision of the Saskatoon Motor Dealer Association, Ens Auto will have the following hours of operation:

  • Effective Thursday March 19, 2020 – Sunday April 5, 2020:
  • All departments open at current times.
  • All departments will close at 5:00pm each business day.
  • Sales Department will also close at 5:00pm on Thursdays (closed evenings).

To ensure the commitment of the safety and health of our customers and staff, we have decided to halt our shuttle service at this time.

Ens Auto will cover the cost of any necessary alternative transportation costs for sales & service.

MEASURES IN PLACE:

Ens Auto will remain open for sales & service during this unprecedented time. We are committed to guest & employee safety and will keep up-to-date with Health Services & Government recommendations ensuring additional sanitation & cleaning measures are in place.

We ask that if you’re experiencing any symptoms or have been out of the country within the previous 2 weeks that you avoid coming to our facilities & reschedule your service visits accordingly.

  • We have enacted a strict hand-washing protocol that requires employees to wash with soap and water or sanitize hands frequently.
  • Employees have been directed to avoid shaking hands and to stand six feet from customers when possible.
  • Our entire staff are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including lobbies, vestibules, door handles, washrooms, drive thru area etc. we have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the Dealership
  • Service employees are wearing gloves when inside customer vehicles, and we've initiated a protocol to sanitize vehicles before returning them to customers
  • Any employee who is sick is directed to stay home, and any employees who appear ill will immediately be sent home.

During this time, we ask that you pay for your services with a debit or credit card rather than cash if possible.
