My car's front window was cracked thanks to a passing semi. Took it here to get it repaired. They told me the time it'd take to get it repaired and got me a pickup/drop off to where I wanted to go. Staff was super nice and pleasant despite being busy themselves. I felt like they were wanting to make sure I was properly taken care of, regardless of how busy they were. The driver who picked me up and dropped me off was super kind as well. Got my car back and they even washed and cleaned ...

Stopped by the collision center, needing a “for me” emergency repair on my work truck. The front office staff listened, heard what I was saying and got one of their shop experts named Darren to come to my rescue within minutes. He got me fixed up and on my way ASAP Fantastic customer service, friendly and professional- highly recommend Thanks again folks!

Went in for a warranty on my Tacoma. I was disappointed with my results when I went to pick it up. I spoke with the manager, Chris and he took care of everything. Went above and beyond to get me back in my truck and to have it in pristine condition. Communication was excellent. Most shops probably would have left me hanging in this situation. Absolutely pleased. Thank you Chris and the team! You have definitely earned a repeat customer.

Despite the good customer service attitude from Ens Collision, I'm disappointed that the repair time has been delayed by over a week. I was initially informed it would take about a week to fix my vehicle, but it has already been delayed beyond that timeframe. This delay has caused significant inconvenience for me. I hope they can expedite the repair process and improve their communication in the future.
